As that old saying goes, "All that glitters is not gold" -- sometimes it's silver, diamonds or rubies.

All That Glitters custom jewelry shop on the city's west side sells a variety of jewelry for men and women.

Owner Cretee Nemmer says that even taking over a currently operating shop does not make running a business easy. She employs six craftspeople: three goldsmiths, a gemologist, a designer and one consultant.

Question: Why did you start this company?

Answer: I married into a family of jewelers. I bought this store from my former husband.

Q: Where did you get the name?

A: All That Glitters was its original name. It was an existing business that we have made all our own.
